The Relay 7000/8000 is one of the most versatile and flexible inserter in the market. Some of its unique features allow to process the most complex jobs.
The electronic “Smart Nip” folder allows you to change foldtype and settings for each type of document going into the same mailset/envelope.
Being equiped with a post and prefold accumulator the relay 7000/8000 allows you to position any document order you want into the envelope.
The unique Dynamic enveloping system allows to use 2 types of envelopes in the same run. The unit will decide what envelope to use depending on a set count, reading function or folder overcount, this results in higher productivity and avoid unnesccesairy stops or ejects. Able to run C5/6 & C4 or C5 & C4 simultanious.
The Relay 7000/8000 reaches the highest form of integrity using the reading system able to scan OMR, BCR, 2D & file based processing.
Advanced reading can match personalised documents from different feeders to ensure the content of the envelope is for the same unique customer.
The Relay 7000/8000 comes standard with 4 tower feeders that can handle documents & inserts thanks to the interchangeable trays and a high capacity envelope feeder. the configuration can be extended with up to 4 High capacity document feeders of 1000 Sheets each.
