The Relay 5000/6000 is one of the most versatile and flexible inserter in the market. Some of its unique features allow to process the most complex jobs.
The electronic “Smart Nip” folder allows you to change foldtype and settings for each type of document going into the same mailset/envelope.
Being equiped with a post and prefold accumulator the relay 5000/6000 allows you to position any document order you want into the envelope.
The Relay 5000/6000 reaches the highest form of integrity using the reading system able to scan OMR, BCR, 2D & file based processing.
Advanced reading can match personalised documents from different feeders to ensure the content of the envelope is for the same unique customer.
The Relay 5000 comes standard with 3 tower feeders that can handle documents & inserts thanks to the interchangeable trays. The Relay 6000 has on top 1 High capacity document feeder of 2 x 1000 Sheets.
