A maximum of 80-90 sheets can be fed at a time. In the event of an overload, both cutting units reverse automatically and then return to normal
operation. A built-in automatic lubricator ensures consistently high cutting performance and quality.
The filling level of the bale chamber is monitored electronically and the bale stroke is triggered
automatically. In the meantime, the shredder can continue to be fed in parallel operation.
A visual signal indicates when a bale is ready and the cutting process is automatically interrupted.

The security requirements for the destruction of sensitive data continue to increase worldwide. Higher security requirements demand ever smaller particles. The intimus heavy-duty shredders have proven themselves for decades for the destruction of large amounts of data with
high or the highest security requirements. A two-stage system consisting of a pre-shredder and a security shredder ensures reliable shredding of personal data.
Via the generous desk with integrated conveyor belt, the material can be conveniently fed in. The cut material from the pre-shredder (6 x 50 mm particles) then falls directly onto a conveyor belt and is transported by the shortest route to the post-shredder. This 2 x 15 mm security shredder guarantees security level P-5 according to DIN 66399 (ISO/IEC 21964).
