intimus TSI-7 is a versatile folder inserter adabtable to your needs.
intimus TSI-7 combines a versatile input system with a waiver of output options to maximize throughput. It can divert finished envelopes based on scanning definition or calculate the envelope weight and send it to the alternative output device if required. The intimus TSI-7 comes standard with a high capacity vertical stacker that can hold up to 500 envelopes.

Intelligent and versatile desktop folder inserter available in multiple configurations from 2 up to 6 tower document feeders and optional up to 2 in line versafeeders to run stiff media, booklets etc..
All feeders have double document detection and flexfeed function to allow processing of multi format documents/inserts. Set thickness detection before insertion to guarantee all content is inserted.
10″ Adjustable Color touchscreen in local language can store up to 50 jobs. The intimus TSI-7 can process C5/6 and C5 envelopes with a maximum speed of 4300 envelopes per hour.
Optional up to 2 maxifeeder trays, good for 350 BRE or 1200 documents each. Standard high capacity vertical stacker can hold up to 500 finished envelopes.
Intelligent OMR, BCR, 2D and QR scanning with CIS reading system. Simultaneous folding capacity up to 8 sheets (Tri-fold) and 10 sheets (Half-fold).
